To increase the success and impact of education, it is necessary to include all members of the society in its system. Education should be provided equally to all individuals in society and should be inclusive. However, not all individuals have the same level of competence. Individuals have unique learning characteristics and speed, bodily structure and functions, emotional and cognitive characteristics. If the difference between the normal proficiency level and the proficiency level of the individual is below a certain limit, the child can benefit from general education. However, general education service is insufficient for students whose differences are above a certain level. Some of these students are also inclusion students. In order to provide these individuals with developmental skills, different and privileged special trainings should be given. In order to communicate, gain independence and cope with the problems he encounters, they must first learn social interaction and adaptation skills (Matson et al., 2007).
The most important element in the success of inclusive education is the teacher. Because they are the individuals who ensure the continuation of the education of the children and at the same time are responsible for the implementation and success of the education program that should be given to the children. Students’ social acceptance in the classroom, school, and even society largely depends on the teacher. Educators who do not know what to do with students with learning difficulties do not want them at school and these students are ostracized by their peers. The aim of this project is to provide education to all individuals equally and to provide the teacher with the methods and techniques necessary for success. First of all, teachers should have positive attitudes towards students, know and use different teaching approaches and teaching techniques. Therefore; It is planned to carry out special studies and activities in order to provide inclusive students with both academic success and social adaptation skills. Studies will be in different branches. In these studies, different approaches, methods and techniques that are valid and applicable in inclusive education will be used. It will be organized to include creative drama, play, music and art. With these studies; Teachers will develop their skills and behaviors of unconditional acceptance, patience, tolerance and respect for individual characteristics by increasing their experience. Inclusion students will gain social adaptation skills and will be more willing to adapt to school and society. Confidence will build up and a desire to learn will emerge. They will be able to cope effectively with problems such as violence, peer bullying, loneliness and isolation. They will be able to use behaviors to respect the rights and feelings of others and to behave in accordance with social rules. They will be able to develop communication skills.
